Lauren is the President and CEO of Trickle UP, a global non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering women and alleviating poverty worldwide. With extensive experience in international development, Lauren leads initiatives that focus on providing women with the tools and resources to achieve financial independence, fostering sustainable economic growth in marginalized communities. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving impactful programs that uplift women and their families, creating lasting change on a global scale.
Under Lauren’s direction, Trickle UP has expanded its reach and deepened its commitment to addressing systemic poverty through innovative solutions. Prior to joining Trickle UP, Lauren held key leadership roles at CARE and the Grameen Foundation, where she championed initiatives that empowered women through financial inclusion and social enterprise. At CARE, she spearheaded programs that focused on economic development and resilience building, while at the Grameen Foundation, she played a pivotal role in scaling innovative microfinance solutions to reach underserved populations.
