Office and Administration Assistant

Job Description:

TAEF is looking for an Office and Administration Assistant to handle office administration, welcome visitors, receive documents, and coordinate with suppliers. The selected candidate will also assist the management team by sending emails, making reservations, and placing phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and receive documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Manage and track office supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on orders and services.
  • Assist management in sending emails, scheduling appointments, and making reservations.
  • Make phone calls on behalf of the management team.
  • Perform various administrative and secretarial tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Basic proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
