The Site aims to provide general information on the activities of TAEF ADVISORY COMPANY, its subsidiaries and affiliates in Tunisia.

By using the Site, each individual (hereinafter the “User“) accepts the Site terms of use, without reservation, modification, or restriction. In the event of amendment or update, the updated terms of use will be uploaded on the Site with an indication of the update last date. You must therefore regularly check the Site to stay informed of any change or update made to the terms of use.

Privacy policy

By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data” or “Data”). Your Personal Data collected from the Site are processed by TAEF in its capacity as data controller.

We are highly attentive to respecting your private life and your Personal Data confidentiality. We therefore commit to processing your Personal Data in the strictest application of the applicable rules and regulations, in particular Law no.63 dating 27 July 2004, protecting personal data.

Your Data may be collected when:

• You send a question via the contact form.
• You submit a funding request.
• You apply for a job or internship.

Your Data is collected and processed to provide you with the services or information you have requested, to respond to your questions and requests, and/or to ensure the processing of the received applications.

Additionally, your Data may be processed to ensure the proper functioning and security of the Site, improve its functioning, and carry out anonymous statistical analysis.

TAEF may also use your Data for communication purposes such as sending newsletters, information and invitations to events and conferences. This processing is based on TAEF’s legitimate interest in developing its relations with its customers, prospects, and partners.

In accordance with applicable law, you have the right to request rectification, update or erasure of your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete. You also have the right to request restriction or to object to processing of your Personal Data for legitimate reasons.

Your Data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of TAEF and may not be communicated to third parties, except TAEF’s subcontractors, subsidiaries, and affiliates.

Copyright

The User is not authorized to reproduce, display, amend, translate and/or adapt, in part or in a whole, whether for free or for financial consideration, the Site and/or any work and material composing the Website, and cannot reproduce, represent, display such translation, modification, adaptation, whether in part or in whole, whether for free or for financial consideration, without the prior and written consent of TAEF.

As an exception to the foregoing, the Users may download on their personal computer the newsletters and any other documents, which are made available to the Users, in a computer file form, for the express purpose of being downloaded by the Users.

Regarding these files, and subject to specific provisions indicated on these documents, Users are allowed to keep a copy of the files downloaded, to print these documents and to share them so long as no modification is made to them.

Any quotation shall necessarily reproduce the title of the document or of the Site where the document is made available, the name of the author and, as appropriate, its date of publication and number.

Hypertext links

TAEF shall ensure that the Site does not contain any hypertext link allowing direct or indirect access to websites or website pages whose content is contrary to law, public order and/or morality, and shall immediately take all measures necessary to delete them.

Other provisions

The Site is strictly limited to personal use by the Users.

The Site and any documents, information and data provided therein are intended to provide non-exhaustive, general information relating to TAEF and its areas of business, and cannot be regarded or interpreted as a canvassing, a solicitation and/or an offer of services.

Users is solely liable for any use of the information contained therein and TAEF shall not be held responsible for any damages, direct, indirect, or otherwise, arising from the use of the information provided on the Site by the User.

TAEF does not guarantee the access to the Site without interruption, nor that it is virus-free.

TAEF declines all responsibility for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to information available on the Site.

TAEF shall not be held liable for damages resulting from fraudulent access by a third party leading to changes in information broadcast on the Site.

Law and Jurisdiction

The Site terms of use are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute arising from the application of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
