The Tunisian American Enterprise Fund (TAEF) is happy to present to you the video of the EY Strategic Growth Forum that took place on February 9-10th 2017 in Rome.
Mrs. Héla Kaddour Fourati TAEF COO and Managing Director was one of the main speakers. (on the video, you can listen to her speech at 20.41minutes) who talked about the main barriers that women entrepreneurs encounter in Tunisia and how it is difficult for Tunisian women to start a business.
The forum aims to accelerate growth by fostering business across countries and ‘unlocking’ the investment potential offered by an increasingly interconnected broader Mediterranean area.
It helps strengthen relationships among business leaders, entrepreneurs, companies, financial institutions, leading politicians and other government officials and create greater awareness and knowledge of local issues to identify concrete opportunities for investment.
The following panel is focused on gender inclusive growth powered by digital. It explored how can women be an active part of MED countries development, by leveraging digital as an enabler to boost growth; how will digital help women to reach equal opportunities in leadership and allow them to develop new business and contribute to socio-economic growth.
